we haven't really had a cold winter for probably a decade here - it's quite sad considering they used to be freezing and tons of snow - now we barely get anything

and because we barely get anything - a drought is forming - snow is very important for moisture for spring as well - just because people prefer it to be a little warmer doesn't mean it's good for the environment at all -

yah - i thought this winter was going to be freezing and like a real winter again when in nov. and dec. when we got tons of snow and it was freezing - but now - the other day it reached 70!!!! - felt nice - but sometimes u want what is real back - we see enough warmth throughout the year - the summer is too damn hot if u ask me - which is why the summer is my least fav. time of year

:) I really understand wanting to have all four seasons and being annoyed with a warm winter.. and you're right about the environment- its probably better for any place that all seasons come and go as they should :) But my favorite time of the year is the summer because it's warm and beautiful and sunny.. I am a little depressed during more grey and rainy days (not so much winter, I think it's beautiful.. but more the autumn days) everything is alive and happy during the summer.. that's why I love warmth so much and can't wait for July and August

My favorite month is October, I love when the leaves start to change, and it cools down. I'm generally happier when it's cold, but I do also enjoy the warmth, not heat. April and May are fun, but after June the heat makes me irritable.

My favorite month is October as well.I load up my motorcyle in the back of my pickup and head to the Smokey Mountains,Ashville,Gatlinburg,I love seeing the bright colors of leaves as I'm riding my motorcyle under the bridge of over hanging trees, with the smell of pine and maple in the air.with deer on the side of the road.O.k. can you tell I'm bumed that I didn't go! We got nailed with a hurricane so this year didn't pan out.But next year it's a date!!!!!

oooh I would give anything for a nice cool day.
My town reached 48 degrees celcius today! Which, in farenheit is apparently 119 degrees. Hot much?
And we haven't had a day under 40 degrees in about a week and a half.

I used to LOVE summer, but this time has not been fun.
Damn global warming lol
