I've been looking into modifying the code a little and I think I might be able to add some features and positive changes.
What I would like to know is....What would you like to see here? Once I compile the list of the most popular and plausible choices, I will see if I can make it possible for you all. So tell us what you would like to see here, what features you like and would like us to keep/change/remove, personal preferences, skins, controls. I can't guarantee that your suggestion will be possible but I PROMISE to try my best to make it possible, if it is popular and/or benefits all! Feel free to pm or email me or Dave if you would rather not post your suggestions here but I do urge you to make them public so that others may see and hopefully for your sake...agree with it! |

Even though we have already made some changes, we still want to hear your suggestions.
As before, you can post them here or you can privately contact either Dave, Andrea or myself if you prefer. Thanks to all who have made suggestions so far. We are listening and want to give you what you want if we can! |

Thanks
I have responded to this in the JKF Facelift thread in Help How and Rules forum. But any suggestions you may have, feel free to mention them here. |

i really like how now u use the flower of life symbol aka the jewel spirit symbol - my only suggestion would be to use a less large file sized background for those that don't have high speed - i don't have a problem with it - but i'm sure some are discouraged by this matter - and plus i think if u just keep jewel imagery in the banner itself it'll look just fine - and more modern as the background should be something you are less likely to look @ - i mean - you're not here to see the background - but rather you're here to see the stuff on top of the background - THE CONTENT - hope this helps - if not - oh well - i tried -_-

It does help. Thanks. As a person who no longer uses dial-up or a slow connection, I suppose I didn't think of this.
Appreciated. |

Honestly you guys I don't like the colouring either
I personally think that brown is one of the worst colours- I stay away from this any chance I have- I loved when the forum was blue and it would be nice to have some stability. Without the forum changing every three months You kind of get used to one thing and then the rag is taken from under you ;) If you could return to a more basic colour like blue that would be great Overall I love what you've done. Just not the graphic |

:lalala: ooooooooooooooooooooh :o lol
For once i have to disagree with you. I think as it is at the moment is much better than my plain old boring blue version, or even the last one. As for it changing, at the end of the day its the posts that matter and the content. But Gemma, i love blue too, its my fav colour, but although everythings blue in my blue blue world ive stopped using it too much on my websites..... lol, except for my last one......and the one before.......... :lalala: ...Oh and its lovely to see you back, x :offtopic: Dave.

i would agree with bluediamond - i like this version much better- u can barely tell it's a brown color - i consider it a light CREAM color - with a hint of gray :)

LOL Michael I thought that I was agreeing with you
Maybe it was Bobby who said something about the colour.. Thanks for welcoming me back Dave ^_^ It looks brown to me so I'm protesting ^_^ It's one of my least favorite colours If you don't like blue why not choose an alternative? ;) White would be nice even And original and Jewel ^_^ But it's your board and if you want this to be this colour right now then do what you like. I just hope that eventually you'll see what I mean because right now it reminds me a little (please don't take offense) of how I feel when I'm a little nauseous.. *blushes* and soup And I agree that the posts and the content matter the most and nothing beats the intelligent mature and bright people here ^_^ But it'd be nice to come back to a place that you recognize ;) Either way you do whatever you want guys  |

hm.... mmk... I have an idea, we should make the "show" on November 1st... so that gives us enough time. We now have to think up of categories and each member can volunteer to count the votes for each category and when you want to vote for a person, you send the vote to the person in charge of the category, and then at the end each person that volunteered for a category sends the final winner to someone like Kiera or me or Shawn, and then we announce it on the November 1st.... ok... so heres the categories that I've thought up of so far.... ~Most Unlikely Jewel Fan Vellingmeat (Marc) Eibhlin (Andrea) WhatWouldJewelDo(Bobby) bluediamond (Dave) (Help me think of more) ~Funniest Forum Member lordassmonkey (Shawn) only because of the panties... KJM0305?? (Kyle) (help me think of more) ~Most likely to be the first one banned from the JKF and Shawns categories: ~Biggest Jewel Fan ~Jewel Fan of The Year
