Well changing your eating habits is definitely healthy...Cokes are horrible for you and most fast food is too. I love fruits and veggies and I've stop with the coke and went down with fast food but i havent lost that much weight.

Gary, that's actually really good! Sounds like a very healthy diet to me. And the fact that you feel better in yourself shows that diet can be a contributing factor to how you feel.

My confession today, is that I did quite the opposite. I ate and entire packet of Kimberley Mikados all by myself last night....after my dinner. Very bold indeed and very unhealthy. Though that is a rare occurrence as I generally eat really well.
But the baby wanted mikados...LOL. Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it. |

Well today, the baby wanted Banoffi pie which I had to indulge in as a special treat for not kicking me so hard today.

I confess that for 3 days before any annual physical exam, I eat healthy (i.e, vegetables and non-sugary stuff) and then after I get my blood drawn I eat donuts and chocolate and big burritos and..... I confess that this is what I did today.

Interesting that so many confessions involve food! I absolutely love cheesy Dorito, the big pack, without dip, all by myself.

I can eat a bag of cheesy doritos while dipping them in cottage cheese.

That's interesting combo Chris! What flavour? I prefer them plain myself but whatever floats your boat.
My confession is I once watched 11 episodes of The X-Files in a day. I was sick but still.

Wow that's good going!!! I usually watch them at random but once about every 18 months I start from Season 1 to Season 9. I have many X-Files confessions actually. I even have two of the action figures from the movie which my brother slagged me mercilessly for at the time. They are now stored (in their original packaging of course) in a cupboard somewhere.
