Wow, everbody(well almost everybody) really seems to have gone through a lot of ups and downs this year, Its comforting to know its not just me.
(to cut a very long story short) I too lost my wonderful Grandma this year. Had a severe bout of depression beacuse of work and then a miracle happened. The latest thing is the fact that i`m now getting divorced because i`ve realised that things aren`t right with my husband, its not working out and never really has. On the plus side i have found my soulmate  and its all so totally crazy a situation that i can`t quite understand nor explain it.
All i know is i`m in a very happy place at the mo'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

Nice thread?makes one sit back and take stock in what the last year has held. I have had a pretty quiet year?no disastrous events to look back on (thank goodness) My best friend moved to Oregon and that sucks the worst.

But I guess the best thing this year has been my ?little boys? turned 21 & 18. All grown up now?on their own to live their lives?jeez that makes me feel old lol.

The end of the year is what I am looking forward to most. Going to Cabo Mexico for the first time?that will be a great end to 2005. Nice to read about all the people on the boards here. Good thread, lets us know how folks are doing!

P.S Congrats Dave :clapjoy:

ye gads, i just got a letter for my 10 YEAR HIGH SCHOOL REUNION!!!!!

:shudder: :mecry: :omg:

i am beginning tothink that reunions are designed to give people complexes over all the goals they set in high school that they never achieved!!

let me think here...

i guess in a way i do all the things i said i wanted to do when i was in high school...

tattoo artist: i give my daughters pen tattoo's every morining while waiting for
the school bus

jewelry design: i have designed and made some jewelry for some of my friends

furniture design: i have begun sketching out ideas for some things, now i
need to learn woodworking

and some things i never ever planned on doing but have done anyways:

get married: been married 10 years now

have kids: i have 3 daughters

drive a minivan or own a Ford: i drive a Ford Aerostar minivan-go figure

and this morning as i sat there feeling sorry for myself that i hadnt gone to an art school yet, Ethny crawled over to me with a big smile with her little fang teeth poking out and gave me a big snuggle and i thought
well, an art degree isnt so important after all eh?

well kyle it seems our clever minds are onto something...maybe we should stop brainstorming on posts lest someone snatch up our brilliant ideas!!!
oh and for the musicians we can develop one with a built in mini recording studio, you know a little drum machine and a place to plug the guitar
:P  :lmao:

I've been at that festival twice, I can really recomend it! And Norway is freaking expensive, I live here  but we drink heavily before we go out... that's how we solve it
