Just have to promote the 'cloudberries' .. after a little research I found this statement ...
"Carotenoids in the berries are provitamin A compounds which serve as antioxidants. The cloudberry contains the highest quantities of vitamin A compared to other berries."
Cloudberries are so yummie!! Not easily available for everyone I can imagine, but luckily for me they grow in my backyard .. and besides making them into jam or using them as icecream topping .. they can be turned in to a very very very tasteful liqueur.
