Acai Berries
The latest health craze is Acai berries. You can get them in your ice cream (I think Dryers), juice (Knudsen), smoothies (Jamba Juice), and even a pyramid scheme selling the stuff (Mona Vie).
Have you guys tried it? it's supposed to have the highest concentration of anti-oxidants, surpassing agave, blueberries and even chocolate (what???). I had it recently... it seems that because Acai itself doesn't taste good, the drinks are generally mixed with better tasting juices.
It's quickly becoming Brazil's great export. It won't be long before noni (from Tahiti) makes its big splash....
