Has anyone else seen this show Veronica Mars? I used to think it looked stupid.... then my friend was telling me that Patty Hearst is going to be on it this next season (the 3rd season) and so I was like cool and he wanted me to watch it so he gave me seasons 1 and 2 on dvd to watch.... I wasn't sure at first but this show is really decent. I admit it's kind of high school corney sometimes and seems like it might be better playing after some Hilary Duff show on saturday mornings, but it's a really, really good show. Her character is great, she is like the do-gooder for all of humanity. She solves problems/mysteries for people while trying to solve her own problems and mysteries and she always does the right thing, no matter what - even if it may conflict with her own personal preference. It's not the typical preppy-annoying-girl upn show that you would expect it to be.

If you like shows that make you feel good and make you feel liberated and give you hope for future television and the future of our downward-spireling world, then you might like this show. It actually has great plot twists also

season 3 is getting crazy, it was a little dry at the begining. I swear I love veronica mars, I wishe more people were like her in real life, just making the right choice always....

I love veronica mars so much I swear, the last episode that aired from season 3 was awesome. I love how straight forward she is, she isnt scared to annoy the crap out of people in the name of what's right... and she caught the rapist, woo hoo

They've just started showing that on UK Television this year, which I can see. Can't say much about it as I have never watched a full episode but what I have seen didn't grasp me. It wasn't bad though.

yeah well if they sell the dvd's there, or if you can rent them, I'd recommend getting ahold of seasons 1 and 2 and start from the beginning, it never grasped me either when I would randomly catch parts of episodes, but if you watch it from the beginning I swear you will love it, she's a true heroine, trying to make the world a better place, only she's a real person and (while I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE Buffy) she has no superpowers... wOO-HOO!!

don't even get me started on buffy, I love me some buffy... I wish she was a real person ha ha actually Faith is my favorite character on the show, even though she went evil for a little while...
