Hi everyone,
I was wondering if any of you also know Sophie Zelmani?
Sophie is swedish singer/songrwriter and writes music smilar to Jewel in the old days. Her music is such pleasure to listen to. you can just sit in a chair lisstening an really go up in the music. Some songs are a littel melangothic (?? you understand ??). Het lirycs are aslo so nice, very deep and phisoffical. I think a lot of you would really love her music.
Sophie is quite unknown outside of Sweden. Germany a litte, and norway a litte bit and also Switsrland. She is very popular in Japan.
I discovered Sophie a few years back when i was downloading Jewel songs using Napster (or something smilar) and i found this song called "Who I am". As a good Jewel fan i never heard anything about a Jewel song called that way. But when you lisstend to the song, it could be Jewel..... Or maybe not. So i went searching on the ineter net for lyrics, and they where very hard to find. but after some days of googling. I found out that it indeed was not Jewel, but Sophie Zelmani. From that moment i wanted to hear more of this beautifull music and went searching, with not much luck here in the netherlands. So I ordered her album from the internet and when I heard all other beautifull songs i was totally addict to Sophie.
