"Listen to this. Marcy comes over and she tells me that her ex-boyfriend was over late last night and 'yada yada yada I'm really tired today.' You don't think she'd yada yada sex?"
"I've yada yada'd sex."
"Really?"
"Yeah. I met this lawyer, we went out to dinner, I had the lobster bisque, we went back to my place, yada yada yada, I never heard from him again."
"But you yada yada'd over the best part."
"No, I mentioned the bisque."

"Have you ever met a proctologist? They usually have a very good sense of humor. You meet a proctologist at a party, don't walk away. Plant yourself there because you will hear the funniest stories you've ever heard. See, no one wants to admit to them that they stuck something up there. Never. It's always an accident. Every proctologist story ends in the same way... 'It was a million to one shot, doc, million to one.' "
- Kramer, in "The Fusilli Jerry"

lol...all hail mike, the king of seinfeld quotes! i loved the episode when they ragged on the good samaritan law and they all got arrested for not helping the guy who was getting mugged, and "by the way, they're real, and they're fabulous", and "Say Vandalay Industries, say Vandalay Industries!", and Festivus...i really need to remember the quotes... :dunno:

i saw that sponge episode...where she used sponges as a way to prevent becoming pregnant....and she got like how many boxes of sponges as they were going out of business b/c they didn't prevent std's or something...oh well...i think she said this.... and it was funny how crazy she went over these sponges as though she'd give her life to protect them!

"is he sponge worthy?" - elaine or however it's spelled

lol....that was a hilarious episode of one of the few i've seen] :coffee:

Hey I cut and pasted my quotes from http://www.pkmeco.com/seinfeld/ - I don't remember them word for word either. This show has many classic episodes. I guess my all time favorite is "The Soup Nazi". Here's some other funny quotes all from the same episode:

"So let me get this straight. You find yourself in the kitchen, you see an eclair in the receptacle, and you think to yourself, 'What the hell, I'll just eat some trash.'"
"No no no no no. It was not trash."
"Was it in the trash?"
"Yes."
"Then it was trash."
"It wasn't down in. It was sort of on top."
"But it was in the cylinder."
"Above the rim."
"Adjacent to refuse is... refuse."
"It was on a magazine. And it still had the doily on."
"Was it eaten?"
"One little bite."
"Well, that's garbage."
"But I know who took the bite. It was her aunt."
"Well, you, my friend, have crossed the line that divides man and bum. You are now a bum."
- Jerry and George, in "The Gymnast"

"I'm in the unfortunate position of having to consider other people's feelings."
- Jerry, in "The Gymnast"

"Jerry, you stand on the threshold to the magical world of sensual delights that most men dare not dream of."
"Boy, you can really talk some trash. I guess that's better than eating it."
- Kramer and Jerry, in "The Gymnast"

To each his/her own. Read the Golden Girls thread instead.

You are very welcome. Someone in my family just got seasons 1-3 on DVD. It's cool watching them commercial free. The jokes stay fresher. ;)

Ya know, that was a program I really didn't watch much. I am not really familiar with the lines. It was the stupid music that kept driving me mad. The stuff in between was always a giggle but I could never sit and watch it with that music.

That's funny, but I don't remember any music at all from Seinfeld.
