Here's a new thread I just created in the unedited forum. I'm trying to send a message to them. I'm not sure anybody is listening. They get maybe 2 or 3 posts per day on average. If anybody wants me to post something for you in this thread let me know. Any thoughts?:

Here are my list of things that I would like to see Unedited do better or differently. I encourage anybody to add any other ideas or suggestions. They are not in any particular order.

1) Give us more videos.
2) Give us more live songs.
3) Give us more photos especially recent ones. Not crappy little 200x300 ones, but respectable high res images.
4) Send us all a newsletter telling us all places Jewel will be this month - TV, radio, live appearances. We should even like to know about repeats of old shows.
5) Letters, Poems, or Notes from Jewel.
6) Tell us what Jewel's charities are doing lately.
7) Have a moderator who is active in the board and interacts with us at least every week. Hopefully someone who has a degree of connection with either Jewel herself or her management.
8) MAKE THE FORUM FREE FOR NON-UNEDITED PEOPLE! This forum may never become successful unless everybody is encouraged to participate! The most successful advertizing is friends telling friends. Right now the word outside this forum is that Jewel Unedited is a rip off. You need to extra work hard to correct this if you want more people to join.
9) Sell more useful stuff and clothing in sizes that fit the average person. Sizes Small and Extra-small doesn't cut it anymore. Jewel's fan base is not just 16 year olds anymore and they might have put on a little weight.
10) Give unedited members first delivery of new album, books, and DVD's at a special price. We should be able to buy them before we can run down to the record store and buy them. Don't bother if you can't sell them to us faster and cheaper than Walmart.

Don't anybody say I'm being negative for posting this. These are all serious ideas that should be considered by Music Today. I love Jewel's work and hope to hear more from her soon!

To be fair, we are only a forum. We can't offer pics, videos or anything other that a discussion board. In that respect, I appreciate you saying we are the best fan community but we are but a link in the chain. Unedited are still in the early stages. They still need to find their feet and I for one and giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Patience is a virtue and I understand why people are frustrated. Have you emailed your suggestions to customer service? I am sure they would be happy to take them on board. You aren't the only one feeling this way so you would undoubtedly not be the only one to email them with suggestions. The site id for fans after all, so to give the fans what they want is the best policy, within reason.

don't forget...with this forum...comibined with all of my site's content....david's site's content....intrepid's content...why would you need unedited...besides....i can post videos by request if i have them...lol i have a few behind the scenes from HUNGARIAN KISS THE FLAME SITE - but haven't gottent o it yet...i usually edit them up a bit and stuff :)
