What do you hope will happen in 2006
What would you like to see happen in 2006.

In fact, what are you predictions, make 3 and we will see if any come true for any members at the end of the year we will restart this thread.

1. England will win the World Cup
2. Mugabe will be overthrown
3. 06/06/06 hmmm, will this be the sign this year of devil worship on Earth?

I'm most looking forward to of course Jewel's new album, Evanescence's new album, and Breaking Benjamin. I'm also looking forward to the sequel to Underworld which is just 9 days away! That's pretty much all I'm looking forward to, I hope something huge happens in the U.S. preferably something that involves our president's untimely departure from office.

I will keep my fingers crossed!

Well forgive for saying "same s**t differant year" that was something i'v always said, but ....
1) lets hope its Glory for England in this years World Cup in Deutschland!!! coz it would be about time there due for one.
2) Finally i hope this is the year i can pack in smoking....... :tmbup2:

well Marc, i hope you are able to quit smoking this year too! nasty deadly habit...atleast in my family it is deadly

as for the poxy bill collectors, when they call just sound really upset like you were crying, say you are your brother and that Marc is dead...

I will be getting married...that's a definite!
Hopefully I will either get a new job or a massive pay rise
Winning the lottery would be lovely but I'll settle for the idea of it for now
Jewel's new album is very much the thing to look forward to in 2006.

But most of all...I hope 2006 brings everyone peace and happiness. I have had quite a bit of heartache in 2005 and I'd rather take a year off!

Peace & Happiness would be nice for the whole world. Hey! while i remember, ive been reading about this thing called 'The Rapture' - its supposed to be significant on the 06/06/06 which of course in scriptures etc represents 666 etc etc.

Just wondering if anyone else has heard about it or them or whatever its supposed to represent.

Kiera, i forgot about getting married, but as you know im still having problems with my damn solisiter, so it may/may not be happening for me this year. But i hope your marriage plans go smoothly, im sure they will.

what i would like to happen this year is to

*not fall behind on bills
*have 2 vehicles that run and function very well that are paid off
*to be able to enjoy time with the family more because there will be less of the old-no we can't do that, we're broke-
*and to be able to help the girls pursue some their interests, like acting and horseback riding etc.
