Wow... okay, so im becoming obssessed with Tori Amos lately...

beside the fact thats shes INSANE.

But thats okay...

We all have a few nuts loose in the head anyways.

I love the song "cornflake girl"

I make fun of her and call it "cornflake squirrel"

Tori is and will always be my number one girl! I don't think she is "insane" - LOL! You just have to do your research. Like Cornflake Girl - this song is based on women's relationships with each other. It was also inspired by a book by Alice Walker - Possessing the Secret of Joy. The book is about mothers in Madagascar (I believe) that take there daughters to ritually have their clitoris's cut off at the age of 13. A horrible practice still carried on today.

I can't pick a favourite. I just love her eccentricity. It is extremely refreshing and unique. I love her music.

I really like "Caught a Lite Sneeze" and I think "Professional widow" is possibly the weirdest song ever.

u do have to admit she has a few nuts loose.

I don't mind Tori's eccentricity. Her fan base is a bit scary though.

"Yes, Anastasia" is one of the best songs I've ever heard.

And "Toast" is one of her best, but a bit underrated, I find.

I've just started really getting into Tori's music too.
I always thought she was slightly crazy lol but I love her lately.
'Cornflake Girl' and 'A Sorta Fairytale' get put on repeat quite a lot.
Anyone seen her live? I imagine that would be an awesome show!

I have to say, I think she's a genius. I really love her music. Some of it is a bit wacky but in general, I think it's amazing.

I have her in the same league as Bjork even though they do very different music.
