Actually there are rules. Look in the top Left hand corner of the screen beside where it says Portal...under the Jewel Title banner.

Find them...have a good read.

I only finalised them last night and only got to create this forum shortly after....with all the new stuff I am getting done in the background, I forgot to add them in here.
