Jewel On Sydney Tv

Channel nine was promoting a TV show called 'Cold Case' last night...
and... Jewel was singing 'Hands' in the background !!!

So... straight after watching 'Desperate Housewives'
(I'll deny ever saying that) I switched over to channel nine
to see 'Cold Case'.

And sure enough, at the end (just before the credits) Jewel started
singing 'Hands'... yep, just about the whole song, as the show was
showing its final scenes.

Now, how INTREPID was that ???
I bet even Jewel doesn't know she has featured in 'Cold Case'. B)

yah....she's a very inspirational woman, but i doubt she knows everything...i mean, has she even figured out your site exists yet? lol but then again, she's clueless when it comes to computers as i'm told as she don't even have one. though i wonder when she'll hit reality and check out our sites.... and learn what we want, for example, a new official site...lol

Yeah, I saw that a while back here in the States. I actually didn't know anything about it... the channel just happened to be on CBS, the show was on, I was on the computer not paying any attention, and the next thing I knew they were playing 'Hands' during the funeral scene at the end. I wasn't expecting it at all, so it caught me by complete surprise. Not that I'm complaining. B)

Yeah, you'll just randomly hear one of your favorite singers/bands on a TV show now and then. Although I haven't heard any Jewel recently, I remember hearing Fiona Apple's cover of the Beatles' "Across The Universe" on Joan of Arcadia and after that, on Third Watch, I heard Shawn Colvin's "I'll Say I'm Sorry Now". I didn't expect Shawn Colvin, nor that song! In conclusion, it wasn't a bad TV night that night because of the music featured. :)

Oh yeah, back on-topic. I don't usually watch Cold Case, but it was cool that they put a Jewel song there! And I will deny that I watch Desperate Housewives, also.
