Shawn and I are both going to NYC tommrow. Shawn has an audition for who wants to be a millionaire, and I am just coming along for fun. Wish us both luck but wish him luck on his auditon. I am sure when he gets on the show and wins money he will think of his best friends here.

Me and Nicole have no idea what we are going to do all day. We suck at planning these things but we leave in like 1hr and half.
I know at 5:30 I have my audition

auditioning for Who wants to be a millionaire...that's different. If only it were that simple here. Ireland did attempt our own version of the show but our major TV network RTE made a balls of it and it died after 1 series. It was a pity because I am sure I was next in line! Tut!

Who knows what I would have done if I had won the million. Actually a million Euro doesn't go very far in Ireland so I'd need LOTS more for me to live a really lavish lifestyle.

Ok so we did really good but we didn't do good enough.
I missed the score u needed ot get to pass by 2 questions and Nicole missed it by 3.
You needed like 25 out of 30 or something

:P WE BOTH SUCKED. We had a really good time though we spend like the majority of the day in like the gay section of new york city. It was really fun. Then we accidently found the empire state building. Shawn thought I was crazy cuz I was trying to convince him Jewel was in Macy's. She wasn't but this chick from last seasons amazing race was.

We are going again in August when they have the auditions. We may actually have a better chance this time. We didn't know what to expect going into the test. Now I think that we have taken it once we have more of an idea how it is like. We will just go in with a different strategy. We got a magnet and a pencil for our efforts.

hey,thats pretty cool that you got to go to the auditions! i have been wanting to visit nyc sometime, so that musta been great! i must admit though driving through there is pretty umm, interesting (terrifying?) at times

or maybe i am just a wimp ^_^

We walked through the city. Traffic is just so horrivle in NYC I mean with how busy the streets are and the taxi drivers are the ones who are making it bad they drive like manaiacs

:lol: i think that may be an insult to maniacs, i actually hear that boston is just as bad, if not more confusing than nyc to drive through, never driven through it myself, but riding thru it was confusing enough!
