how come the promo cd cover got better design than the actual album?

I don't think it's better...they used the same pic on the front and back for I Do...and Stronger Woman couldn't decide if it should go black and white or color! :)

Were these released in America? Only "Only One Too" was released here from GAIW, so I wonder if any from PC will be.
