Can someone explain the difference between these two album variations?

The results on Amazon (American) for Jewel's Perfectly Clear generated two results:

But there's no explanation as to how these two are different. Does the second have special bonus tracks or something?

I think the more cheaper is a better version, otherwise I don´t know why is it then cheaper jeje.
Cause the industry try to sale you everything on a main price, so ... I don´t know.
