Jewel is Touring with Brad Paisley

:cheerleader:I see where Jewel will be touring with Brad Paisley, this should be
all she needs to take off in country music. He is very hot right now, the only thing better would be Kenny Chesney or Tim McGraw.
Opps I should have put this under "Jewel on Tour" but got excited when I heard she was touring with Brad and just put it here.

I agree. I think this will be a good introduction to the Country music fanbase. We all know and love Jewel but there are a lot of people in the Country music genre that don't know her and so this is a clever move on Jewel's part. No point invading the country music industry. Some fan will only resent her for that.

And YAY, Brad Paisley is coming to my town in September!! I'll FINALLY get to see Jewel!!!! ;-)

its going to be wierd... not a normal Jewel crowd I would assume. More of a country music crowd... different environment I am sure..

Country people are friendly.......nothin' wrong with that!!! I'm a country fan that is nice & friendly, aren't I?? ;-) Most of those fans are like me. If she sticks to her country sound, she'll be good & the fans will like it. One thing is for certain - if she doesn't think the audience is "getting" her music, she'll break out the YODELING!!!! That will definitely reel them into becoming fans!!! ;-)

I think it's probably really a good idea for Jewel to be touring with a big name like Brad Paisley. I have been hearing her name mentioned with his on the radio a lot since this tour was announced--and I've been hearing the new song a lot too! I have a feeling that if she were going it alone, she wouldn't be getting mentioned as much. I'm not crazy about Brad Paisley, but I would definitely go to the show just to see Jewel. I did that when she was touring with Rob Thomas and I actually ended up enjoying his set a lot more than I thought I would... I'm so excited. I just can't wait for the new CD.
