That's the same tracklist that was posted on Wikipedia and is fake.

This is obviously fake because as someone already pointed out Anybody but You and Cowboy Waltz are both listed as seprate tracks when it is the same song.

I hope that Jewel won't put MORNING SONG, because there's no reason for release that song 'cause POY was a big record of sales.
Its more believable a GAIW song like Stephenville re-released or Goodbye Alice one more time

"cowboy waltz" and "anybody but you" are not the same song. I know the lyrics to both, and they are different. i love them both

She used to call a song Angel (Cowboy Waltz), but recently, on her official site, Cowboy Waltz has been used to refer to Anybody But You.

"Loved By You (Cowboy Waltz)" is the new officially published name for what was formerly refered to as "(I Dont Wanna Be Loved By) Anybody But You." This is the cowboy waltz Jewel was referring to in a recent blog.
"Angel (Cowboy Waltz)" is a completely different song. Both songs are country flavored and both are written in waltz form, so Jewel has notated both as cowboy waltzes in their respective titles.
I realize for those who've been collecting live recordings of previously unreleased songs over the years, this is a bit confusing, but thats the scoop. The new studio version of "Loved By You (Cowboy Waltz)" came out particularly great, too. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the live solo acoustic preview version in the library. Alan

I thought the same thing when I first saw that list but it's apparently fake so I won't worry about it. It does annoy me when songs are reused on albums.

That's for sure on the album... now there might be some bonus tracks (I was thinking a live version of Stevenville Tx for example)... but still she has to have at least 10 songs so there are three more left????

I don't think anything official has been stated about those two songs, Roy. The list Lara posted are ones that have been confirmed in interviews and such.

Anyone but you?? = Anybody but you? Lol now maybe thats why (I dont wanna be loved by) Anybody but you is renamed to Loved By You, lol confusing.
Maybe she will surprise us and add carnivore to the album, would be awesome, tough if it would be country-rock ish with jewel belting her heart out! Or as bonuslivetrack =).
And i think there will also be everything breaks on the album?

anyone but you...is a new song, I think, written with a guy Vinsomething :P
unfortunately, I don't think she'll put Everything breaks on the album... For now, we know 8 songs for sure... :)

Man, If Carnivore is on it then this will be my favorite album without a doubt. I hope it's not live though unless it's with a band. I hope Everything Breaks is not on there. It's already on the Foolish Games single. But a country version would be cool.

Why did she re-use fragile heart for GAIW.. You know incase nobody get's morning song. She can tottaly use it for this one
I also think a county version of fragile heart is a must

I dont think she will use morning song again on this album (But maybe.. hm.. maybe she will make a countryversion out of it, it would really fit on the cd tough dont you think? - tough i hope she puts one more new song on the album instead of morning song). I really hope a rock-country-band-version of carnivore gets on this cd ^^! And i think everything breaks will be on perfectly clear because she performed it frequently often.
What would be also cool - A boy needs a bike... *dreaming*

I am hoping we get some more of the country-rock like songs from her something that she gets wild to.. Thinkin of like an album like either one Miranda Lambert's just the perfect little blend of like bada$$ chick and like sweet country girl
I really want to hear the album versions of Thump thump and Rosy and Mick... I don't think she'll put some of her old stuff like Carnivore or stuff like that. I think she would have put them on GAINW if she wanted them on an album. Somehow, she always forgets about all this songs fans request in concert..why is that so???? It was a pleasent surprise to see 1000 miles away and Last Dance Rodeo on GAINW:) i don't think we can expect more oldies on this new album..we've got studies in love and rosey and mick so I don't think there will be other... which is good, btw, because it would be boring otherwise don't you think? New stuff might be good...:)

Yeah i myself would be bored with countrified version of somw older bootleg songs.. I am already a little annoyed that rosy and mick is on the album i never really liked that song

I think a lot of her older stuff would sound great on a country album but I would hate for there to be a reused song where a new one could have been. Fragile Heart is a great song but it was alreaady on 0304. I wish something else was included on GAIW. Morning Song was a single witha pop mix and reggae mix so I don't see it being reused. Then again why not have a country mix too? Everything Breaks is already on the Foolish Games single but acoustic... a country band version of it would be nice.. same with Sometimes it Be that Way and Grey Matter. I wish she would have recorded those for This Way instead of them being live.

Yep. And they got back to me to say that the tracklist is still unconfirmed so if you see anything otherwise right now, it's not real.

Yes, because what you're saying it's just what you expect! so try not put new tracklist or people can get confused but if I liked a tracklist it would be the one you said! :D but I disagree with most of you who talked about the lives and recorded versions, grey matter is perfect just in live, and sometimes it be that way tells you to much how simple it's been. Also about fragile heart couldn't be on th new abum it would be horrible to hear it again, and the big difference with other songs as everything breaks, carnivore,rosy mick ,etc is that FH has been in 2 albums and the others just the fans know about it! so if jewel want to do a global album I think the songs we know are great! but if this one is for her fans! she should write or record new songs.
