What`s your favorite way of jewel to sing?

Just started another poll :cheerleader::lovejkf:
hm i think i personally pfrefer her belting her heart out (please correct me if thats not english haha). Because theres no other voice you can compare to jewel! like the foolish games performance of nashville star is so overwhelming, or her performing carnivore acoustic.. but i tough like her very silent and soulfull like in the beginning. what do you think, and why do you think shes getting louder and louder over the years ? Maybe because she figured out the whole options of her voice? or just because she was shy in the beginning?

Good topic !!! i used think about this... i like the way she sings GOOD DAY with band live. OMG its so great.

I like the mixture of both ! As for other singers like Tori Amos or Alanis Morissette(to name a few) , I like when Jewel goes from whispering to shouting out loud !!!
I am always quite surprised when listening to live performances , sometimes her voice sound even weird...when you're not used to it ! Just thinking about the way she sings the line "who will sa-y-ave your soul" which at the time I didn't like at all (don't know if you see what I mean ;)....) or the yodling as in that song on the I-tunes Originals. In the end I love her voice in all its different aspects ! :acoustic:

I love it too when she sing rough and like a old jazz singer, I think.
I really love the voice she got and the lyrics she write and music. She make a beutiful mixture os all come together and that´s something that doesn´t exist ultimately.

when I heard "Intuition" I thought Jewel has turned into Britney Spears and the like. I like Jewel the ways she was firstly introduced to public, because it is the best way she can explore her beautiful voice.

Jewel Kilcher is my favorite singer. I'm a big fan of her voice. She sang all types of songs very well but I like her to see silent, romantic and matched song. She started her career with these types of song and i liked these all very much. :acoustic:
