The recordings they been putting on Jewels site lately are AMAZING. Now they have the beginning of the famous NASHBASH show up there. This song is gorgeous!!!! Jane

I posted on the Official Forum a request to hear Tenderness from that same concert. I figured since he has it out, it'd be great to hear that song (since so few have ever heard it--mostly performed at private concerts). You guys should second the request if you want to hear it, too. :)

Is this the one on the official jewel website? What does nashbash stand for? (Not really up to date with everything as you can tell)

Nashbash refers to this concert (http://www.jewelwiki.com/pmwiki.php?n=Performances.2001-09-05NashvilleTennesseeUSA), which was an invite-only concert Jewel did for the EDA's. The concert was recorded to get a live tracks for the then-up-coming album, This Way (Sometimes It Be That Way and Grey Matter were the two from the concert chosen). As you can guess, it was a very intimate concert... Ty actually showed up and surprised Jewel and requested "Does Anyone Believe in Love Anymore"

He snuck in after the show had started and missed the first performance of it, so of course Jewel played it again. :)

(I wish I had gone! :P)

And as to tenderness, MrBB says he can't post songs that Jewel hasn't published yet. So it'll have to be just like a special chocolate treat [that you might hear in concert]; it ain't no piece of leftover hotdogs. :)

I hope I can purchase it on Itunes or something. I have dial-up so audio and video clips don't work well on my computer.
