That's a good question. I bet she hired a personal trainer like many celebs. I like to think it's not just diet pills and bulemia. ;)

I have never seen any quote where she addresses the question of how she lost weight. Not that she was ever really overweight.

She's probably anorexic like the rest of the celebrities. ;)

You could be right. There are certainly plenty of examples of this out there as you point out, but I hope she's not the sake of her health.

on the Late late show with Craig Kilborn, she said that she was taking Yoga classes.

I could think of a few ways she could get all sweaty...

:lalala:

Is it me or did someone just turn the heating up in here?

Yeah, i was going to mention about the yoga.
In the primetime Live interview she said
" I'm doing yoga it's proabaly a bad sign"
that and on vh1q she was on a celebrity diet show.

dunno if she works out at the gym, but i remember her saying that she still has horses and likes to ride. my sister and i have always had horses, and even though it may look rather easy to just sit on a horse....its definitely not. i go to the gym twice a week and nothing has ever toned my legs up more than horse riding. keeps away the dreaded cellulite too girlies ;)
