What do you think of Stephenville TX. Why didnt she put it on her countryalbum? will she release it twice? But i think that she took it on GAIW, because it deals about her lifestory and GAIW is her personalst album and she thought that it had to be on GAIW. Maybe to test if her upcoming countryalbum will succes? Lets speculate a little bit ^^

I really love this song. It's my fav on GAIW!! Of course I'm a country girl so I'm kinda biased. I LOVE the video for this song too!! I would hope it would be on her country album. I don't believe it was an official release from Atlantic so it's possible they could add it to the new album and release it. They could use the same video for it too. It got some play on CMT (Country Music Television) here in the U.S. so there's still hope for STX!

I was impressed with how nicely the album version of STX turned out- the first time I heard it was an acoustic live version from her Standing Still EP. I expected the album version to be overproduced but it actually sounded great and did justice to the song. It sounds country-pop and kind of how I might expect her next record to sound like, but I wonder what she means by "country" album- was she planning on going into Patsy and Dolly territory or just making a country-pop album along the lines of The Wreckers? Well, I like all kinds of country so either way I won't be disappointed.

I'm hoping for a stripped down country album, very similar in style to STX and her recently performed 'Anybody But You' on Nashville Star. I really hope it's not country/pop overproduced stuff. But like you said, I'll buy it either way of course!

I hope it's just her and her guitar, I hate that twangy sound that a lot of country albums have, it makes me nautious.
