As I always start by saying...I don't know if there was one before but if there was, its back!!!
Confess anything--small or big.
Get to it!
I'll start.
I confess, as far as Anna Nicole goes, it's my baby. I did it.

umm alrighty then....lol
I confess I have never owned a digital camera (not because i cant afford one i just never got around to saving the money and just going out and buying one)
it may not seem like a confession but some people would tease me if they knew
Actually, you aren't weird or needn't worry about that. I use two types of camera, a Bell + Howell 48x zoom camera. Great for moder nday stuff and whhen you need a picture for somehing in fast motion. Believe me, I've got plenty of goood shots off that one, it's just a regular camera, nothing special.
But my gem is a 1942 made Kodak 35mm F 2.8 with a focal plain shutter, and it does alrighht, if you need a still shot. You hahve to do a lot of adjustments, but it is worth it in the end.

i confess that i don't want to take the ACT
Dude, are you serious? The ACT is a lot easier than the new and improved SAT. You're lucky, just do yourself a favour, sneak a Red BUll in your pocket into the exam, wear a jacket or somethhing, sneak as many as you can.
You'll thank me after thhe stomach pain subsides, and you get that energy you need, trust me, I did it when I was there, taking the old SAT. "Been there, done that." Trust me on this one, take as many Red BUlls as yo ucan hold in your pockets without getting cuaght.
You'll thank me later.

I would get kicked out for bringing red bull dude.
NOt if you don't get caught you wouldn't. Try it, just wash out the empty cans and put them in aplastic bag inside your pockets.
Dude, trust me, been there, done that. BTW, why would thhey kick you out? Never hehard of that before.

its a great big deal if you breathe too loud when we take tests so I don't think that bringing the red bull would be the best problem solver in this situation.

Here's my confession... I'm an extreme procrastinator... I've got a biography of a famous social worker due in a week and I can't bring myself to work on it, which I really need to do soon because I have to 15 minute presentations to give the following week which I haven't even begun to prepare for yet.

I confess that I don't really like reality TV shows, and I hold out hope for a show like Freaky Links to come on tv sometime. I also like anchovies...though not on pizza.
Hey, Christie, since when did liking Neil Diamond become so heinous? He's the man, but this next man you will hate me for.
I confess, I remember listneing to Lionel Richie's "Hello", over and over and over again in my youth. Forget I said anything! (Yeah, then I saw the music video, and I stopped listening to it, he lusts after a blind Asian underrage girl, what theh hell is wrong with him!?)
Okay, off my Usher box.

Ok. Here are a couple totally random confessions to make you go WTF?:
I never played Monopoly in my life. Ever.
My brain can't handle any math beyond 8th grade level, yet I made it to college. I am a fraud.
I never learned to blow bubblegum.
One of my friends teases me and tells me I look like a three-dimensional version of Mary Melody from Tiny Toon Adventures. OK I love wearing my hair the cutesy rockabilly way like her but isn't that character supposed to be like 11? Compliment or insult? You decide.
I'm afraid of big cities.
I'm what some people call a "prude". I personally don't think I'm a prude just because other peoples' moral standards have fallen. But what the hell, you gotta learn to laugh at being stereotyped.
I want to move under the sea. Or to Fraggle Rock. Maybe Captain Morgan knows the way.
I personally believe we should deport our violent criminals to the moon. It's a radical idea, but a good one. People look at me like I'm some kind of crazy and I don't blame them, but I think it would really benefit our society in so many ways.

Well, i've had a fever of 102 for the past two days so I was sort of in and out of consciousness while I watched the show last night so I haven't really formed too much of an opinion on anyone yet. But, I sure did find the girl who got eliminated to be quite entertaining!

Okay, I have a confession....
I was trying to clean a couple of weeks ago and I picked up some soiled tissue, I didn't realize what it was until it was in my hands... needless to say, I supressed a gag and took it to my roommate's room. I threw it in her trashcan, and I was so PO'd that she'd left it sit out on the couch that I wanted to find something to break..... alas, there was nothing that was worth breaking as she is a deadbeat. So I took her lip gloss applicator, rubbed it against her fish tank filter (these fish are sooo dirty, she hasn't taken care of them at all!) and I kept doing that while mixing it back in with the lip gloss. She never noticed, so I guess no harm no foul right?!

Oh lordy, we had someone living with us who left her dirty socks everywhere and we were SO fed up with it. We had told her numerous times to pick them up and it was totally disregared, so finally we startd chucking them out on the lawn or um, in the cat litter box...not very mature, but when you are talking to a brick wall what can ya do?

Haha that's cute. And actually think that's really cool about the amount of boyfriends you've had. I actually am aiming to have as few boyfriends as possible before I find a husband, so I'm very selective. But since I'm 20 and in college I don't think I need to rush. Wherever I find my man, it ain't going to be here. There's no gentlemen in college- just macho neandrathals, lowlives, and dorks. Even though I act and dress like a lady and am polite to people somehow I keep attracting these obnoxious narcissistic macho types. They can't seem to take a hint. So yeah, hopefully I'll find the one when I'm out of college and in the workplace. Sorry if that sounds arrogant but my patience has worn thinner than Twiggy.

Speaking of obnoxious roommates. When I was in college I had this male roommate that was rather massogonistic (how is that spelled?!?) and thought he was better than me because he was going into "pre-med" and I was just in lowly social work. Anyway, he was a super neat freak and germ-phobe, so when I moved out I swished his glasses in my toilet bowl water. Good fun!
kjm030584
03-02-2007, 05:26 AM
OMG, my roommate is a social work major. How ironic is that! I'm not a neat freak, but I am a germ-phobe but that's just because she's a dirty tramp.

And Wacky, I don't think you sound arrogant at all, I was just really lucky to happen to find the right guy in high school. The irony of it for me is that I had always been the one to vow that I would never marry or have kids! Plus I am not the easiest person to live with (but then, who really is I guess) so, if there was hope for me, there is certainly hope for everyone!!

I am shocked, amazed and indeed appalled at the theiving activities of our own Christine. :omg:
In terms of my own confession - it's a bad'un. I was asked my opinion about someone in work, which I gave honestly (as I would always do) but it wasn't a high opinion and unfortunately, I think it led to the person not getting their contract renewed. I am not proud of it but in my defence, she is incredibly lazy. She only started in the company 5 weeks ago and has already bumped off work 3 times pretending she's sick just to go to interviews for jobs elsewhere. But there is much more to it than just that.
At the end of it all, I gave my most diplomatic yet honest opinion but sadly, she won't be staying on. I hate that I may have been responsible for someone being out of work. It makes me sad to even think of it.
Eibhlin
03-03-2007, 12:44 PM
Well, if her work ethic had been better then your honest opinion of her would have been better right? Adults are responsible for their own actions so you shouldn't feel too badly about it.

I just don't give out personal information about myself on the internet. Think about it, I don't know y'all, y'all don't know me. COme on, no offence, but do you think "Motoslam" is his real name! Doubt that. So, be nervous, I don't care, only one person on this forum know my real identity.
SO, I apologize if I'm being 'cryptic'? No reason to make you nervous, just take comfort in knowing that I don't trust you knowing my real name. I trust three people in this world, two are dead, one's in Iraq right now, he's kinda held up. Don't be insulted, but I have to know you for a few years in person, as jessica put it, to know who you are. That's all. BTW, all three of the men that I trust have saved my life, and tow of the three I have saved there's. The third man, you're wondering, I came a littlel too late, he was dead so I couldn't help him, that's all.

Hey Jones. I didn't mean any offense by that and I certainly understand you wanting to keep things private. It would just be nice if you could say that in the first place. It might help thing to not get "lost in translation." It just comes across as being deceitful--which I don't think is your intention.
Vincent, I'm Vincent. Maybe, depending on how things go here, I'll later disclose my last name. (Understand, y'all, I just don't trust you all with my name, that's what five weeks in Barranquila will do to you.) I simply don't know the people here or what they could do with that information.
For those wondering who was the third man, the third man was my father, I couldn't save him in time. I was seventeen.

Vincent, I'm Vincent. Maybe, depending on how things go here, I'll later disclose my last name. Call me "Jones", at my request, please. I'm sorry if I bothered anyone here. It took guts to spill out my name here, and guts is enough. That's all you need.
Well i hope you dont mind if i call you 'Vinni' or will just Jones suffice!? Your not gonna confess later too us all, that your a Spy...or even Jewel herself
Heh i love the thought of watching 'Glenn Gary Glenn Ross' again after you mentioned 'Richard Roma' ...lol, damn classic film!!! how i'd love to get away talking to my boss like he does in the film! "Heeey let me buy you a pack of gum...i'll show you how to chew it"

It's not rocket science here, and it's not like my name's John Dillinger here?
yea i dont think jessica was nervous because of you

I prefer the name Jones, but "Vincent" will be fine, I guess. Kinda defeats the purpose of my username now, huh?
GGGR was one of my favbourites. My family worked doing things like that, selling real estate and time shares, and I have gotten away with talking to my boss like that, but I don't work in a call center. "F you, Dave! I'm waiting, for the Glengary leads!"
"Just will you go to lunch you sorry b@st@rd, WILL YOU GO to lunch!" Classic, grew up watching that. It gave me my omnipitent complex and tehe chip on my shoulder, like when Baldwin says, "That's a ten thousand dollar watch and you wear a friggin timex. I drove here in a Bentley and you have a certified pre-owned Hyundai out back." I love his attitude, if we could just et Alec Baldwin to stop tugging at his privates for five minutes. (Watch any movie with Baldwin in it, he's always grabbing his crotch, kinda freaks me out!)

Personally, I think motoslam is a cool name. It's even cooler that your real name is in there!
I especially like your last name :)
Yeah, it sounds like a cool rapper name, you know! "Hey man, you got that fresh Motoslam single? Just picked it up the other day. SWWEEEEET!"
Or something along those lines.

LOL, cant say i'v ever noticed  now that i know this, i'm NOT going to intentionally look out for it! trust me on that!
...and as for having a jolly good nagg at the boss..and getting away with it, is a life long dream/ambition of mine! HOW CAN one get away with it? "You just cost me $6000..."
Anyway...You'll always be known as Jones to us all, despite you confessing to the name Vinni
You just cost me $6000, and a Cadillac!

No one can beazt this! This is the best confession ever:
'Harold, it's Bateman, Patrick Bateman. You're my lawyer so I think you should know: I've killed a lot of people. Some escort girls in the apartment uptown uh, some homeless people maybe 5 or 10, an NYU girl I met in Wetlands Park. I left her in a parking lot behind some donut shop. I killed Bethany, my old girlfriend, with a nail gun, and some man, some old faggot with a dog last week. I killed another girl with a chainsaw, I had to, she almost got away and uh someone else there I can't remember maybe a model but she's dead too. And Paul Allen. I killed Paul Allen with an axe in the face! His body is dissolving in a bathtub. I don't want to leave anything out here. I guess I've killed maybe 20 people, maybe 40. I have tapes of a lot of it, some of the girls have seen the tapes. I even, um... I ate some of their brains, and I tried to cook a little. Tonight I, uh, I just had to kill a LOT of people. And I'm not sure I'm gonna get away with it this time. I guess I'll uh, I mean, I guess I'm a pretty uh, I mean I guess I'm a pretty sick guy. So, if you get back tomorrow, meet me up at Harry's Bar, so, keep your eyes open!'
'There are no more barriers to cross. All I have in common with the uncontrollable and the insane, the vicious and the evil, all the mayhem I have caused and my utter indifference toward it I have now surpassed. My pain is constant and sharp and I do not hope for a better world for anyone, in fact I want my pain to be inflicted on others. I want no one to escape, but even after admitting this, there is no catharsis, my punishment continues to elude me and I gain no deeper knowledge of myself; no new knowledge can be extracted from my telling. This confession has meant nothing.'

That's not good Gary if you're not doing it healthily. I know you may not feel like it but you must keep your strength up. You'll be no use if you're sick and run down.
Kiera is quite right, Gary. I officially apologize nd retract my statement. I shoulodn't have gone into my sotry, even though it seemed pertinent information at the time.

Ok let's see how do I not come off as a crazy person.I confess I often fantasize about me dying a tragic death. I'm not suicidal or crazy I just think of different ways that I could possibly die. Because death intrigues me.

Kiera it's ok you didnt offend me. Basically I stopped eating fast food whatsoever and stopped drinking softdrinks. Aside from that I have cut my portions down and eat only vegetables, fruits and meat. I stray from junk, sweets, and a lot of carbohydrates. I don't know if it's healthy or unhealthy but I feel better about myself. I am fitting into old clothes I couldnt in years and also my new clothes are falling off of me... I think it's that before I used to just eat as I pleased and while I work my ass off at work, all I was doing was maintaining the weight I was at...now that I am eating better and not so much, I am losing weight. I am happy about it. Oh I forgot to mention I am drinking tons of water and also green tea. Pretty much all I drink now is water and green tea. Or juice if I have no other option besides soda..
btw - Chris start thinking happy thoughts, not about you dying tragic deaths

My confession today, is that I did quite the opposite. I ate and entire packet of Kimberley Mikados all by myself last night....after my dinner. Very bold indeed and very unhealthy. Though that is a rare occurrence as I generally eat really well.
But the baby wanted mikados...LOL. Well that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
