Fellow Kilcherians

The ASPCJ's Jewel Trivia Quiz

If you're a regular visitor to the ASPCJ website then you
should be able to answer the quiz questions really easily...
but there're heaps of clues anyway. :)

http://www.geocities.com/jewel_australia/DVDcompetition.htm

How easy is that ??? B)

And... as an EXTRA BONUS...
For free postage and packaging, all you gotta do is:

In no more than 50 words say why Kilcherians should boycott
the ASPCJ website and explain why the Intrepid Prez should be
banned from the New Jewel Forum !!!

Now... how good is that ??? A prize for sticking it up the ASPCJ !!! :omg:

For the first week the competition is only open to New Jewel Forum members...
then the page gets added the the ASPCJ's main menu if there's not a winner.

Don't email your answers... post them in this forum. :luck:

Easy... Justin ;)

Wow, Justin. You're the most generous Australian I've ever known. I've only known three. One tried to sell me something. One slept with my neighbor's 15 year old daughter. And then there's you. You just keep giving and giving. First it was the 100% free Jewel Kilcherlator. Now it's a free DVD to the person who clicks on the most ASPCJ pages searching for answers!

Here's something for you Justin. A supersized neutered bunny.

Ah justin, that's so nice of you. And to make it exclusive the JKF so far is really generous of you.

Such a sweety!

Intrepid Prez

First it was the 100% free Jewel Kilcherlator.

Which NOBODY from the 'Official JewelJK.com Forum' wanted. :(

I spent weeks and weeks, often times up all night coding that damn thing,
and not one of over 1000 members wanted a Kilcherlator. :bang:

And only 37 websurfing Jewel fans wanted one. (I kept count)
Yep... that Kilcherlator proved to be the biggest waste of time
of my life.

So... I don't expect too many Kilcherians will be wanting the DVD either.

And to make it exclusive the JKF so far is really generous of you.
So... where's your entree, Kiera ???

Easy... Justin ;)

The biggest waste of time in your life, the short list.

1) Being Born.
2) The first time you listened to 0304.
3) Getting out of bed this morning.
4) Writing The Kilcherlator

The Kilcherlater is not a waste of time. It's just before it's time. You're like the Leonardo Da Vinci of Australia. He invented the helicopter, but it didn't do anybody any good since nobody had invented the engine. Which reminds me of the Inquisition. ;) :P

PS With enough promotion I bet you could get at least two more people to download it. Just tell them it includes and unreleased track of Jessica Simpson yodeling.

It already does. ;)

Which reminds me of the Inquisition.
Now is not a great time to remind people of the Inquisition.
How insensitive are you, Mike ??? :devil1:

kinda like that silly hair-do competetion
Princess Angel Eyes won that. ;)

Yeah Michael... don't you want the DVD...
you've always claimed to be Jewel's #1 fan ??? :dunno:

Where's your entree ?

Touche. Although, The pope did apologize for the inquisition and the holocaust. Not that anyone in their right mind holds him personally responsible.

I'm Not Sensitive. I'm the Anti-Jewel. See you in Heck, my friend. ;)

Oh I know he's serious but I can never do these types of competitions. I go to give it a try and then I can't come up with anything so I'll leave it up to the other members.

If no-one enters, then I suggest you just give me the rare CD.

Wow! It's amazing how you can put your mind to something if you feel strong enough about it.

Decided to give it a bash and whattaya know, I can't get my comments down to 50 words or less. The lowest I can do is 70. Prez, you knew this was going to happen...you're cruel. I wanted to slag you off to the best of my ability and I can't with your ridiculous restrictions.

I think that's a banning offense in itself!

Ok, so I entered your silly competition.

Please note, by me NOT winning the DVD and achieving free p&p, will result in your immediate banning of this message board. But no pressure! :gve:

Intrepid Prez

Decided to give it a bash and whattaya know... (KIERA)
CONRATULATIONS !!!

YOU WIN A JEWEL DVD, Kiera. :clapjoy:

But your answer to #8 was wrong
and...
your answer to #3 wasn't specific enough. :P

Even your attack on the ASPCJ was pretty lame considering all your edits
to my posts... and... shouldn't all those complaints to the mods (in both forums)
have carried a little more weight ??? lol

I gotta admit... I thought Lord Ass was gonna win this comp hands down.

Anyway, the ASPCJ has one more DVD to give away. B)

So Lord Ass, its OK to cut & paste a previous attack on the ASPCJ
(it's not against the rules) it really wouldn't be right if you didn't win one. :)

And Michael... type: Jewel All Star Christmas into Google and you'll see
that this obscure curio really does exist. This is no shag pile carpet. So... enter !!!

Anyway... whoever the next Kilcherian is to get 8 outa 10 (equal to Kiera's pitiful score)
wins: The Rarest Collectors Item in the Land of Kicher !!! :luck:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v717/jewelfan33/JewelDVDScan.jpg

I really can't see the distributor knocking out another few thousand copies in the very near future. lol

Easy... Justin ;)

CONRATULATIONS !!!

YOU WIN A JEWEL DVD too, Michael. :clapjoy:

You got #8 wrong too !!!
And... #10 wrong !!!

But your answer to question #4 earned you BONUS POINTS !!!

"Big nose - specifically the hump in the nose -
rhino has the horn - jewel's nose's hump almost creates one"

WOW !!! How precise was that !!!

But like Kiera, a very disapointing attack on the ASPCJ. :(
You've done HEAPS better in the past, Michael, without even expecting a prize. :)

Anyway... CONGRATULATIONS !!! :D

Yeah... thanx to Kiera & Michael for joining in the fun. :clapjoy:

Umm... now, Kiera and Michael...
How much are you both gonna pay the ASPCJ
not to email your answers directly to Jewel's management ??? ;)

Easy... Justin ;)

Michael

My plan to blackmail you and Kiera fell apart :( when I received
a late entree from Irving Azoff. And yeah... he'd got ALL
the questions right !!!

He even sent pix of both a rhino and a vampire... AND included
his 'Kelly Rowland Fan Club' membership number for extra bonus points !!!

Some woman named Nedra Carrol sent in the worst entree... 1 point. :(
She got the point for answering question #9 correctly.

10 was wrong? really? well.... not according to your page, but k...lol (Michael)
Kiera had no problems with that question. All Jewel's platinum albums are
mentioned on that page. Only the Christmas Album wasn't mentioned. So...
by deduction, the page provides the answer.

Both DVD's are ALREADY in the mail. :)

Easy... ;)

Just for the heck of it, I'll answer the questions that Michael and Kiera missed :P

3. What closely resembles a neglected vampire's graveyard? Her teeth. :gnash: (I'm not angry, that's the smiley with weird teeth. :P )

8. What do Christina Aguilera and Jewel have in common? They both have the same manager... duh.

10. All of Jewel's albums achieved platinum status in Australia except one. Which one? That would be Joy: A Holiday Collection. :)

I'm glad I didn't have to answer question #9. ;)

Intrepid Prez

Princess Angel Eyes

Its a bit late now, Tracy.

But... I got a text message from the DVD shop and they've
dug up 3 More copies for me !!! :)

How Intrepid is this Prez ???

So... there's gonna be a brand new comp with brand new questions.
And Angel Eyes, (don't tell anyone) but as you're our Lovely Kilcherian Princess
I'm gonna email the new questions to you A DAY BEFORE THE COMP!!! :omg:

I know that's cheating...
but credibilty has never been a major issue at the the ASPCJ.

And... even if you get them ALL wrong... you're still gonna win a DVD. B)

So brush up on your Kilcheria... and here's little a tip... at least 50% of the
questions are gonna be related to Jewel's Australian success/tours/statz.

Oh well... at least TWO Kilcherians will have a fair chance of winning a prize.

Eternal love , Princess

Easy... Justin ;)

And no... I didn't notice your snotty remark about #9. :gnash:

MrCC
04-09-2005, 07:36 AM
OK. Here's my entry:

1. Which of Jewel's albums is often mistaken for a Britney album?

Which album? I have no idea, but Jewel's real boobs are often mistaken for Britney's fake ones. Not that I care about such things.

2. Which earnest folk singer moonlights as a soft porn model?

Bob Dylan, but trust his porn just isn?t that good. Harmonicas just aren?t that sexy.

3. What closely resembles a neglected vampire's graveyard?

Ty Murray. I suspect professional bull riding would take its toll on any man?s ahh?package. I can?t prove it, but I bet he?s got more bruises than the produce department at a discount grocer. Hey there?s a reason why they retire in their 30?s.

4. What does a rhinoceros have in common with Jewel?

Rhinos have bad vision. Jewel can?t read her own lyrics even if a fan holds them right in front of her horn.

5. Who was the saucy, blonde, booty shaking diva who danced with Beyonce?

What blonde, booty shaking diva hasn?t danced with Beyonce? I?ll take a guess Betty White or another one of the Golden Girls?

6. Which Alaskan singer/songwriter should murder her stylist?

Hey Jewel was raised by wolves. Hair?s not her thing. Cut her a break. At least her teeth are good.

7. What do the albums 'Laundry Service' and '0304' have in common?

Just like a dry cleaner Jewel?s Management is not responsible for items left longer than 0304 days.

8. What do Christina Aguilera and Jewel have in common?

That?s too easy - they both hate Britney Spears.

9. Who is unquestionably: The BEST Singer on the Planet?

Unquestionably, Nedra Caroll. Oh wait I thought you said ?Who is the Best Questionable Singer on the planet!? Never mind.

10. All of Jewel's albums achieved platinum status in Australia except one. Which one?

In Australia they give out platinum status to anyone that sells at least two dozen albums. Steve Irwin has more platinum albums in Australia than Jewel. Jewel?s brother has some that he uses to clean the lenses in his CD player. From what I understand a radioactive isotope of platinum is some kind of a waste product from their sheep industry. They send it out to foreign artists as platinum albums and the rest they sell to North Korea for it?s nuclear program. There was a UN leaked memo on all this? And the only reason Jewel?s Christmas Album didn?t go platinum is because Justin hides them under the Jewel At the Vatican DVD?s. He only has to buy three more copies and this DVD will be platinum in Australia. Justin has done more for Jewel?s career than Lester Mendez.

You've updated the trivia page with more questionable content. I like the photographic clues. Very nice touch. $75,000! Dang, I better talk to my insurance agent.

I thought exhibit #1 in the Michael Jackson trial was a copy of Boy's Life Magazine with the pages stuck together. Not that I'm saying he's guilty. Let's wait until he's convicted before we hang him. ;)

I feel the same way often.. There's a Kyle that lives to the left of me and to the right of me in my dorm. I'm the middle Kyle. Quite a few people started talking to me by mistake and if not I have this quality that just makes talking to me feel like a mistake. But when somebody asked if I was the nude model for the art department I totally flipped out. I think it would be a crime to flash this thing around *frowns at mirror* :(
