I would ask her what is the source or secret of her amazing drive to succeed, even while growing up poor, isolated, and later homeless?

If I were granted a 2nd question, I'd ask if she still has that Tupperware container of soil from Alaska!! And then, naturally, she'd have to show it to me!! :-) I'd have someone click a pic of the two of us and a plastic tub of dirt!! :-) Am I a diehard fan or what???????

Hello to all,

I'm new to the forum and figured this would be a good opportunity to start off with a good intro.

My first idea that came to my mind was: "May I have this dance?" That's pretty definitive, to the point, and really, what guy would not want to dance with Jewel?

If that would not suffice, the alternate question would be more of a statement (you 007 fans would understand this), "Jewel, may I have your autograph on a napkin or my album cover?" I would end the conversation with, "I have nothing that would even value this, but if I could give you one thing to remember my gratuity by, I would like to give you my watch."

"Omega....Seamaster, original James Bond model."

This sounds a little odd, and maybe corny, but I have the exact watch that Bond wears, and it is arguably my most prized possession, I've had it for a long time and it is welded to my wrist and would take someone very convincing for me to take it off and give it to them. I only know of three people that I would give my watch to, one of them is dead, the other is imprisoned, and the other is a musical artist that I believe I’ve just covered the dialogue on.

I know i already posted my one question to Jewel earlier,but i have another one for her if i was lucky enough to meet her.

Jewel,do you actually realise how gifted,talented and stunning you really are ?

I really wonder if she does appreciate the impact she has on so many people around the world with her songs,she always comes across as very modest and down to earth,but she has an amazing creative art in the way she writes songs,and poetry,she should be extremely proud of the catalogue of work she has compiled in her career so far.

We are all proud of her anyway,she obviously has had an influence in all of our lives.

That she does. She does have a large influence in my life. If she knew the heaping pile of non-sense I hehar from my family about listening to her recors, instead of some 'normal' group, she could really understand where we come from, or where I come from.
