Hi everyone ! I'm french , I'm 21 and I love Jewel. The big problem is that in France she remains quite unnoticed , apart of good airplay for "Foolish games" , "Who will save your soul?", "Hands" and "Down so long". "Intuition" came close to being a hit but no promotion was made so it was not the success I expected. Actually I only found the single in Belgium !
I know about her career from "Pieces of you" to "This way" , having bought the albums. I sitll don't have "0304"(soon I hope). I installed Internet only a few weeks ago and discovered that... Jewel had released a new album ! I didn't hear about it and didn't even see it on stores !!!
Can anyone tell me where I could find a complete biography and discography (albums and singles) ? Are there any dvd's released ? Thanks for reading and feel free to send me a mail if you want to...

:welcome: to the forum!! Always love to see new members posting.

I recommend checking out www.jewelfan.co.uk (http://www.jewelfan.co.uk) for a full list of Jewel's Discography. Chris keeps a great site there.

As for 0304, not sure if you've heard anything from it, but it was a controversial album. But I think you just LOVE the new album Goodbye Alice in Wonderland.

hey i feel the same. Here in Chile, a lot of people knows Jewel !!! and they like her music! ... but i think that the label doesn't promote her so much and with new wave of artist like "Fergie" style or "Justin", our Jewel is a little "underground" on the big music territory.

And .. i saw Goodbye Alice here in Chile on the stores... I'll buy it as soon as possible !!!

Thank you Little Bird and Nikos for your answers !...

About "0304" , as I said , I only heard "Intutition" and saw the video (very funny !). Was it controversial because the music was more "mainstream" or something ? I'll buy it anyway !

I checked the site you told me , Little Bird , you're right it's a great site. I watched the video of "Good day" and I love it !

So I guess I'll have to buy the album on the Internet , since I can't find it anywhere !

Have a happy New Year's Eve and Happy New Year !!!!!

Hm, its quite the same situation here in austria!! But here NO ONE KNOWS JEWEL!!! Its a shame, no one makes notice of her because she never came to austria and never maked any art of promotion here.... i am self finding jewel accidently late back in 2004 when this way was reduced in price and i bought it............. hm :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

Almost every language is taught in America.

I'd love to put that to the test and see if there are many teaching Irish!

Irish (Gaeilge or Gaelic as it's more widely known) is a very difficult language to learn thus why most Irish people ourselves can't speak it, even though it is taught in every Irish school from the day kids start school, til the day they leave approx 12 years later!
