Hey guys, I was reading Jewel's bio on wikipedia and the following statement appeared under her "TV appearances section"

"Jewel and Ty appeared on MTV's TRL Photobooth. On air Jewel lifted up her tank-top and then her bra exposing her naked breast to the public."

Is this true???? It's wikipedia! How can they lie!?!?

i seen that on photobucket awhile ago.... her hair was cute, ty looked to be having a ball....

Yes it's true. They had a bit of 'fun' in the booth. There are quite a few snapshots of it floating around the net but I've never seen any actual video. Don't really want to as I don't see an benefit to it. But clearly, both Jewel and Ty aren't shy!

I think they just did it for fun and perhaps a bit of publicity perhaps

Yes, i think that i know what you're talking about. I've seen the pics on altavista.com , Jewel exposes her nude breast and her boyfriend lick them !! .

She sings that one song...It looks lip-synched and may possibly be from her album. I haven't really done much of a comparison. :)

I remember seeing a video a few years back of Flea talking about how he met Jewel while she was living in her va. He said he thought it was really cool that she ended up making it big. He remembered her being really pretty and having a great voice.

Yeah Jewel met Flea just before the record companies started coming around. I think he helped get the word out to the big boys in the biz. He was definetly a great supporter. He visited her house in San Diego several times after she started making it big too.
