Only 1 year and 10 months later the autographed photo of Jewel, as promised in the Orignial agreement for Unedited.
MusicToday came through. I told them about me not receiving it and whattaya know, this guy from Customer Services 'PERSONALLY' sent me my own REAL signed copy.
SOOOooooooo pleased! YAY!
Wow. It takes almost 2 years and you are happy? I started complaining after a month. You're too nice. With this kind of customer service companies go bankrupt. :o

Duh! Believe me I was annoyed but after all the FansRule crap, I thought I would never see it. MusicToday took over and made no hesitations in dealing with this issue for me so that is why I am happy. Up until that point, I was annoyed but I am just glad MusicToday are trying to mend fences. Considering they weren't the ones to break them, I am impressed they took the time.
I also have good things to say about Music Today. I bought a large package of items that were on sale. One was back-ordered - the Lilith Fair DVD and another item was missing from the package. I sent them an E-mail and have since gotten both of the missing items. They answer the E-mails! They follow through if there is a problem. I think they are doing great so far.
Now if I can just get them to add more media to the unedited site then I will be happy too.

I'm happy with Music Today myself. There was once I had ordered Bits & Baubles and other items in 2003 before 0304 was released, and when I recieved the package the receipt said that there was a backorder on one of the items (B&B). It wasn't until almost a year later when I got it, but I knew that B&B was pretty rare, so I wasn't upset. Other items I've ordered got here right on time, so I'm glad that they're in charge of jeweljk and unedited. :)
